The San Antonio Orthopaedic Group (TSAOG) is a large medical practice. Their marketing director had several goals for our first project together:

  • Make several needed updates in an unfamiliar content management system set up by another vendor
  • Establish clear control over the site and all assets
  • Modernize and focus the user experience to attract more new patients and encourage patients to book appointments online
  • Put the phone number front-and-center


First, we made several overdue site updates in the old platform. Then we redesigned the site in WordPress with a responsive, mobile-friendly layout that makes it easy for new patients to find and book appointments. We optimized the site for natural (free) search results, including coding updates, Google My Business and Google Maps listings.

We're pleased to report that TSAOG has remained a Firecat client for more than 7 years. Our technical producer regularly integrates new features and keeps the site up to date, providing as-needed support to the TSAOG staff.
