Firecat CEO Susan Price was invited to work with Travelocity as an information architect on several projects, including new landing pages for Flights and Hotels, redesigning and streamlining the complex Cruise shopping and checkout paths, and reenvisioning the back-end applications used by customer service reps around the world.

This was a wonderful opportunity for Susan to rub shoulders and share methodologies with some of the brightest lights in UX design, as Information Architect supervisor Adam Polansky and usability guru Brian Sullivan (who organizes the Big(D)esign conferences) brought in talent like Luke Wroblewski and Jared Spool to inspire us.

We're proud to report that the changes Susan helped make to both front-end and back-end websites had an important impact on the bottom line.
