Join us Friday, June 5 to learn how companies like Amazon and USAA use test and learn techniques to continuously improve product and marketing results.

In this session, Tom Vaughn will shine a light on what it's like working for Amazon, their decision-making process, and how to scale these strategies to match your business.

About the Presenter

Tom Vaughn is a customer experience leader with a history of driving results through data-driven engagement and UX strategies. Before joining the Firecat team, Tom led UX and marketing teams at Amazon, Microsoft, Deloitte, and USAA. He will share how these companies execute test & learn programs, and how you can apply test and learn to drive continual improvement and optimal results.
