Some ideas:
  • Mobile Gadget Play Date. Whether or not you have an iPad, iPhone, Android or Blackberry - or none of these gadgets, it pays a savvy marketer or business person to understand the lure of the Apple App Store, the changes that Geolocation create in buying patterns, and the new opportunities for reaching your target market - as well as having fun and being more productive. The best way to keep up with all that is to have folks SHOW you - in person. Beats YouTube.
  • Search Engine Optimization Tricks. Susan's recent appearance at BMPR was very well attended, signaling more interest in SEO, SEM and other tactics to have your company come up on page 1 of searches in Google, Bing, Yahoo and other search engines.
  • Developing a Sustainable Content Strategy. Setting up multiple places to publish content is easy. The hard part is keeping all those places stocked with fresh, compelling content.
  • WordPress, Typepad and other Blogs. Blogging for business is real; it's a great way to generate traffic, let people know what you do, and even make some ad revenue.
  • Social Media that's All Business. LinkedIn, Facebook Pages, FourSquare, YouTube - Let's share ideas for promoting your business without being a monologger or jerk.
