Yes, it's July, and time for Firecat Studio's First Friday open Coworking session. With record-scorching temperatures, we're planning a gaming session from 10:30 am - 2:30 pm, cranking up the stereo and projector and Guitar Hero.
That's a shorter time frame than we usually have, but hey, it's summer. This month, you're welcome to bring kids. They know all about the games, and they're out of school, so bring them on.

Because we're doing a shorter coworking session this month, C4 Workspace is offering FREE coworking to Firecat Coworkers after we close up. So take advantage of this opportunity to see the newly built out C4 Workspace in the fabulous King William District.
Fun and Games?
Well experimenting with Smart Phones and Wiis and Wii Fits and PlayStations and such really does help user experience designers keep up and get inside the trends of our industry. We really do learn from interacting with newer user interface technologies -- especially when the smart designers and engineers who come to coworking are in the mix.
We'll provide our usual light sandwich fare, but feel free to bring something of your own.
